Merging Advanced Business Expertise, and Natural Foresight Get In TouchSchedule a ConsultStartup Advisory, Built on Foresight and Performance Psychology
I advise and invest in founders across Healthcare, Housing, Energy, and Independent Film — combining clinical training in performance psychology with a hands-on record as a board advisor, early investor, and producer.
Why a Psychologist Runs a Startup Advisory
Most startup advisors sell operating experience or capital. I bring both, but the harder-to-copy part is the lens: I'm a Certified Foresight Practitioner and a licensed psychologist specializing in the psychology of high performance — how founders make decisions under pressure, sustain judgment through a raise or a pivot, and avoid the burnout that sinks otherwise-fundable companies. Applied Psychological Science, the research-and-practice group I lead, is the foundation underneath that training.
Healthcare, Housing, Energy, and Independent Film aren't four unrelated interests — they're four sectors where I've put that method to work as an advisor and investor, with outcomes you can check.
Industries
Healthcare
Board of Advisors at Healthcare Shares, a physician-backed venture community, plus a portfolio spanning two biotech acquisitions and a publicly traded diagnostics company.

Housing
Early investor in Boxabl — now public on Nasdaq at a $3.5B valuation — plus Geoship, and an active Board of Advisors seat at Rentberry.
Services: founder and board coaching, capital-efficiency consulting, and fundraising strategy for teams scaling a capital-intensive, physical-product business from prototype to production.
Energy
Early-stage investor across fusion research, U.S. Army-contracted combustion technology, and wireless power transmission.

Independent Film
Producer and executive producer credits including Yellow Lines, plus investments in crowdfunding platforms and independent film, TV, and stage projects.
Services: producer engagements, crowdfunding-strategy consulting (platform selection, campaign structure, backer outreach), and ongoing advisory relationships for producers and creative teams financing outside the studio system.

From our Founder
Our Unique Approach, Explained
A Note from the Founder
I help leaders and organizations perform at a higher level while building the foresight to navigate what’s coming next.
Three things sit underneath everything I do, and none of them work alone. A clinical background in performance psychology — how people and teams actually make decisions under pressure. Formal training as a Certified Foresight Practitioner in Natural Foresight methodology — how to expand the time horizon and take emerging signals seriously before they’re obvious. And an MBA’s worth of hands-on business strategy, built advising and investing in real companies, that keeps the other two tethered to what’s actually executable rather than interesting in the abstract. Most organizations are built to optimize for the present; the ones that endure are built with a future in mind. My work is helping clients develop the psychological capacity, the strategic anticipation, and the execution discipline to operate on both timelines at once.
The work usually starts the same way: a leader senses something shifting beneath the surface — market dynamics, workforce expectations, culture, or their own capacity to keep leading at this pace — but can’t yet name it, prioritize it, or act on it. Performance psychology gives me the first lens: where stress is narrowing someone’s thinking, and which cognitive and emotional patterns are quietly shaping outcomes. Natural Foresight gives me the second: surfacing emerging signals and plausible future scenarios not as abstractions, but as real inputs for the decisions already on the table. Business strategy is what turns both into something a leader can actually act on this quarter, not just understand.
That combination gets practical fast. With founders scaling faster than their internal systems can support, I help them see the second- and third-order consequences of growth before burnout, culture erosion, or strategic drift set in. With established organizations, I move planning beyond reactive — mapping multiple future paths, stress-testing strategy against uncertainty, and clarifying which capabilities have to be built now to stay viable later. Leaders I work with learn to tell noise from signal, avoid costly overcorrections, and act with confidence even when the information is incomplete.
Clients describe the shift in similar terms: decisions get less reactive and more intentional, strategy gains depth without losing focus, and the anxiety of not knowing what’s next gives way to a clearer sense of purpose. Teams build resilience not by bracing for change, but by understanding it. Anchoring foresight in psychological realism and business fundamentals is what has let my clients move from surviving uncertainty to using it — and it’s the same combination behind every industry I work in, from healthcare to housing to energy to independent film.
